About The Position

As a Service Technician at Mission Rock Residential, you will provide excellent customer service to prospective and current residents while promoting a quality living experience for all. You will use your hands-on expertise to ensure residents feel proud to call our communities home by completing work orders and performing routine check-ups. Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organizational and time-management abilities
• A collaborative, solutions-focused, “can-do” attitude
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in the areas of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed.
