We are actively seeking a Senior Diagnostic Technician or Master-Level Mazda Diagnostic Technician to join our professional service team. This role is designed for an experienced technician who excels in complex diagnostics, electrical systems, and drivability concerns—and wants consistent work, respect, and top compensation.
Requirements
- Mazda Master Technician or Senior Diagnostic experience
- Strong electrical and network troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to diagnose vehicles other techs cannot
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
Nice To Haves
- ASE Master certification preferred
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics on Mazda vehicles (electrical, CAN, drivability, engine, transmission)
- Use Mazda factory diagnostic tools, service information, and scan data
- Provide clear diagnostic notes and repair recommendations
- Maintain high standards for quality, safety, and productivity
