As a Service Technician, you will ensure timely and effective warranty and service support across the region—troubleshooting issues, executing small-scale projects, and maintaining the quality and safety standards that power our continued growth.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in commercial construction or installation services.
Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and materials.
Ability to troubleshoot installation and product-related issues.
Ability to read and interpret drawings, layouts, and specifications.
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and site equipment.
Strong communication skills and customer-service mindset.
Ability to work independently and manage short-duration tasks.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Perform warranty and service work on installed infrastructure and systems.
Troubleshoot product, installation, and field condition issues to identify root causes.
Execute small-scale installation, modification, or repair projects within the region.
Communicate directly with clients, site personnel, and internal teams to resolve service needs.
Document work performed, including photos, service reports, and closeout documentation.
Support punch list resolution and post-installation corrective actions.
Verify repaired or modified work meets quality standards and specifications.
Utilize hand tools, power tools, and site equipment safely and effectively.
Maintain service vehicles, tools, and equipment.
Travel within the region for service calls and short-duration projects.
