Requirements

Currently enrolled (or planning to enroll) in a Diesel Technology or related program
Strong work ethic and desire to learn
Mechanical aptitude and interest in equipment
Ability to work part-time during school and full-time during breaks
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on John Deere agricultural equipment
Work with diesel engines, hydraulics, electronics, and precision ag technology
Use advanced diagnostic tools and software
Complete digital service documentation
Learn professional shop procedures and safety practices
Work alongside experienced technicians who mentor and train
