The Service Technician III - Master CFESA provides maintenance and repair of commercial cooking equipment and or commercial HVAC/R equipment and demonstrates the ability to lead, mentor, train, and lead other team members. The incumbent is trained in at least two skill sets, maintains a high level of productivity, and currently holds three of the four CFESA certifications and is assigned to the on-call roster.
