Requirements

• 1 year of janitorial and/or grounds experience
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check
• Spanish language skills are a plus
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways
• Sustain cleanliness of community amenities
• Freshen apartments as needed
• Report repair issues as necessary
• Assist maintenance staff
• Provide excellent customer service to our Residents
