Your Role: As a Groundskeeper at our community, Linden Court , you'll play a key role in maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and much more for our community. Your attention to detail, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellent service will help create a welcoming environment for residents and guests alike.
Requirements
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
- Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Must be available to work weekends
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous groundskeeping or janitorial experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Maintain community grounds, including walkways, parking lots, and common areas
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, blowing, pressure washing, and trash removal
- Clean outdoor furniture, fixtures, and assigned maintenance areas
- Report any safety concerns or maintenance needs to the appropriate team members
- Provide courteous, helpful customer service to residents and guests
- Support the maintenance team with additional tasks as needed
