Requirements

High school diploma or GED
2-5 years of experience repairing heavy equipment OR completion of a formal technical training program preferred.
Hands-on experience with electrical and hydraulic systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and time management skills.
Computer literacy and familiarity with diagnostic tools.

Nice To Haves

Agricultural experience is preferred.
CDL Class B or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect, maintain, and repair heavy-duty equipment such as directional drills, trenchers, brush chippers, excavators, aerial lifts, and more.
Diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues using computerized tools.
Perform preventative maintenance and repairs using hand and power tools.
Clean, lubricate, test, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure operational efficiency and safety.
Complete service tickets and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicate repair status with customers and collaborate with fellow technicians as needed.
