The Service Team Member is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers with shopping and product location, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. Key duties include completing truck unloading and merchandise tasks, maintaining store recovery standards, engaging customers in loyalty programs, and supporting omnichannel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). The role also involves cash handling, educating customers on surveys, participating in stocking and planogram processes, and performing merchandise recovery and maintenance. Team Members are expected to adhere to company procedures, support shrink and safety programs, and interact positively with others. Cross-training in Custom Framing selling and production is also part of the role. The Michaels Companies Inc. operates over 1,300 stores in North America, focusing on creativity and celebration.
