If so, please continue reading below. As the Service Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting multiple aspects of club operations. Depending on your location, responsibilities may include oversight of the Kids' Clubhouse, Club Pub, events and member engagement planning, cleaning standards, and in club purchasing. You'll lead frontline team members with a focus on exceptional customer service, effective training, daily operations, and ongoing team development. In this role, you'll help your team build meaningful relationships with members and guests through proactive, aggressive hospitality, ensuring every interaction feels warm and personalized. You will guide your team in creating a clean, engaging, and welcoming environment for members and the children in our care, an essential part of the Wisconsin Athletic Club experience and our local community. You will also oversee the Club Pub's customer service, recruiting, training, operational execution, financial performance, event support, and team development. This is not a behind the scenes leadership role; it is a hands on, frontline position where you will actively connect with your team, members, and guests. Most importantly, you'll have the opportunity to coach, support, and grow your team every day.
