The Service Team Lead is responsible for minor and major repairs of mechanical or aesthetic issues, general building preventive maintenance, maintaining environmental conditions, managing inventory of mechanical systems, and performing emergency procedures. This role requires little supervision, personal initiative, mechanical ability, and the ability to follow instructions, prioritize duties, and meet deadlines. The Service Team Lead is also expected to be a mentor and resource to other maintenance staff.
