The Service Talent Lead serves as a strategic enabler of talent development across the Service organization—driving skills, performance, and leadership excellence at all levels. This role designs and delivers training experiences that empower service employees and leaders to excel in customer support, people management, coaching, and operational execution. A central priority of this role is Leadership Development: strengthening the capabilities of frontline leaders, supervisors, and high‑potential employees through structured programs, coaching frameworks, and learning pathways. The role partners with Service & Commercial Operations, HR, and senior leaders to ensure that leadership talent is equipped to foster high-performing, customer-obsessed teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Training & Development, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in training, talent development, service operations, or people leadership roles.
  • Proven experience developing and facilitating leadership training programs.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and coaching skills.
  • Experience with curriculum design, adult learning principles, and LMS platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable talent strategies.
  • Experience in global or multi-region service organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver leadership development programs for new, emerging, and experienced people leaders across the Service organization.
  • Create scalable learning pathways focused on core leadership skills: coaching, feedback, performance management, communication, and situational leadership.
  • Facilitate leadership workshops, manager bootcamps, and targeted development sessions.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify leadership capability gaps and build development roadmaps.
  • Support emerging leader and succession programs, contributing curriculum, assessments, and development plans.
  • Develop practical tools and frameworks that help leaders strengthen team performance, engagement, and service culture.
  • Build and deliver comprehensive training programs across the Service organization, including onboarding, upskilling, systems training, and service excellence fundamentals.
  • Apply adult learning principles and blended learning strategies to ensure content is modern, engaging, and effective.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and use insights to shape capability development priorities.
  • Measure training impact through data, feedback, KPIs, and workplace performance; refine programs based on outcomes.
  • Partner with managers to develop talent strategies that improve performance and operational outcomes.
  • Support leaders in implementing coaching and development plans for their teams.
  • Drive adoption of service excellence standards by embedding best practices into training and coaching frameworks.
  • Conduct competency assessments to evaluate readiness and capability across roles and teams.
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of major training initiatives, including communication, scheduling, facilitation, evaluation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate training materials, SOPs, process documentation, and job aids.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support rollouts of new tools, technologies, and processes that require workforce training.
  • Work closely with HR, Training, and Service Operations to ensure talent development initiatives align with business goals.
  • Provide leadership teams with regular insights on skill gaps, program performance, and organizational capability needs.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders globally to ensure training consistency and scalability.
  • Create high-quality, engaging learning experiences such as e-learning modules, interactive workshops, simulations, toolkits, and videos.
  • Ensure all learning content reinforces a service-first mindset and aligns with leadership expectations.
  • Leverage digital learning platforms to expand reach and drive self-directed learning.
