About The Position
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Service Support Specialist to coordinate service calls, support customers, and assist with parts and inventory.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Self-motivated with strong follow-through
- High school diploma (or equivalent) + 2 years related experience
- Successful completion of background check and drug screen required
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Responsibilities
- Dispatch technicians and coordinate schedules
- Communicate with customers and handle follow-ups
- Enter service orders, update records, and invoice jobs
- Order/track parts and assist with inventory
- Support counter customers and parts requests
