Responsibilities

Follow our processes and hold the team accountable to them
Effectively lead, coach, mentor, and manage service advisors to help them grow
Provide ongoing training to service department personnel
Evaluate performance, recognize accomplishments, and hold 1-on-1 meetings with team members
Motivate and encourage service staff members to reach their full potential
Maintain above average customer service scores for the department
Assist guests in a professional and courteous manner
Retain current service customers and encourage repeat business
Manage technician dispatching and shop workflow
Collaborate with other departments in the dealership to accomplish common goals
Other duties as required
