Requirements
- A passion for customer service and creating positive experiences
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay composed in a busy environment
- Tech-savvy with scheduling systems and basic computer tools
Nice To Haves
- Dealership or service lane experience is a plus, but not required
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service appointments across phone, digital, and inbound channels
- Deliver a seamless guest experience from arrival to checkout
- Accurately process payments and service transactions
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and technicians to ensure efficiency
- Manage high-volume interactions while maintaining attention to detail
- Represent the Mission Viejo Kia brand with professionalism and warmth
