As a Service Sales Rep, you’re the frontline ambassador of fire safety—building strong relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing solutions that protect their people, property, and peace of mind. Your job isn’t just to sell—it’s to serve, solve, and create lasting impact.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (fire protection, construction, or facilities services industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter mentality and a passion for helping customers solve real problems.
  • Ability to manage your own pipeline, time, and territory effectively.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with fire protection systems and NFPA codes is a big plus—but if you’re willing to learn, we’re willing to teach.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue service sales opportunities (inspections, maintenance, repairs, upgrades) within your territory.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with building owners, facility managers, general contractors, and property managers.
  • Conduct site walks and assessments to generate accurate proposals and system recommendations.
  • Partner with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay current on fire protection codes, trends, and competitive offerings to better serve clients.
  • Meet (and exceed) sales goals—because our solutions sell themselves when paired with the right person.
