We're actively seeking a Service Sales Representative who is ready to execute a dynamic sales plan with a highly competitive compensation structure. Reporting directly to the Service Vice President, you'll operate with significant autonomy in your Houston territory, which includes the surrounding counties and industrial plants. Your primary focus will be on: HVAC Equipment Replacement & Retrofits: Spearheading sales for critical equipment upgrades and modernizations. HVAC Preventative Maintenance Agreements: Building and securing long-term relationships through comprehensive service contracts. Customer-Driven Solutions: Identifying and providing additional services that meet evolving client needs. You'll be part of a rapidly growing company that values high performance and outstanding service. You'll have the autonomy to drive your sales, supported by an internal team (sales support, Houston Service department, and DFW Service counterparts) that ensures your success. Requirements

  • Strategic Sales Execution: A demonstrated ability to develop, implement, and successfully execute a sales plan to consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals using a defined sales process and tools.
  • New Business Development: Proven success in generating new accounts through cold calling, independent appointment setting, and strategic networking.
  • Relationship Management: The skill to cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying future opportunities.
  • Compelling Presentations: The ability to prepare and deliver impactful customer presentations that clearly articulate solution fit and compelling economic benefits.
  • Executive-Level Engagement: A history of successfully interacting with executive-level decision-makers.
  • Dynamic Adaptability: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, creatively adapting to meet evolving goals.
