About The Position
Job Summary – Sales & Service Representative We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting customers, processing orders, providing product knowledge, and building strong relationships with contractors, plumbers, and HVAC customers. Requirements
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or wholesale distribution preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to learn technical product information quickly
- Proficiency with order-entry or ERP systems (e.g., Epicor Eclipse, Prophet 21, etc.) a plus
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to customer satisfaction
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
- Provide product recommendations and technical support on plumbing supplies
- Process sales orders, quotes, and returns accurately
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and product lines
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Support outside sales team as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
