About The Position

Won-Door Corporation is seeking a motivated Service Sales Representative to help expand our preventative maintenance programs. In this role, you’ll work directly with new prospects and existing customers to understand their needs, present maintenance service solutions, and support them through a smooth quoting and onboarding process. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative sales, relationship-building, and playing a key role in helping customers protect critical building assets. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, manage a dynamic sales pipeline, and contribute to long-term service program growth. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and customer service, or business development preferred.
  • Experience in service, maintenance, or technical environments preferred.
  • Strong communication, relationship‑building, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and managing multiple priorities.
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and team‑focused.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite apps such as Outlook and Excel.
  • Ability to use Adobe PDF editing tools to fill, modify, and prepare documents.
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new preventative maintenance opportunities using CRM and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to grow service contracts.
  • Prepare quotes and pricing for maintenance programs.
  • Manage a sales pipeline with consistent follow‑up to close agreements.
  • Collaborate with Service and Management teams to ensure accurate information, scheduling, and customer onboarding.
  • Support revenue growth through upselling and renewals
