About The Position

We are seeking a Service Sales Representative responsible for identifying new clients and existing clients to offer our products and services from the Fire Alarm, Fire Sprinkler, Extinguisher, Fire Suppression, and Security services departments. Charged with maximizing the penetration of the monitoring market with DynaNet RF radio by identifying and closing the DynaFire Target Market. Additional services include fire alarm and sprinkler test and inspections, hydrant, back-flow, fire pump, suppression, security and industrial monitoring. Complete management reports. Complete Personal Business Plan. Achieve sales quotas within the guidelines set forth by DynaFire Management. Set and Achieve personal sales goals. Create and Manage a detailed personal CRM, Currently Pipedrive. Effectively pursue new clients and set appointments through telephone calls, email, face to face, social media, etc. Track activity results in order to maximize efforts. Create estimates and proposals. Assist with and attend trade shows. Conduct new sales presentations. Conduct property surveys. May be asked to deliver permits at times. Negotiate favorable pricing for DynaFire services. Nurture existing relationships in order to position oneself for future opportunities. Provide constructive feedback to management to improve with product and services delivered. Attend and actively participate in monthly sales meetings. Assist Client Care and Service Departments in keeping clients satisfied with DynaFire services. Serve as the voice for the client. Keep an eye open for, and communicate to HR or management about, talented individuals that may be a good addition to the DynaFire Team. Learn, Understand, and work by the DynaFire 8 Core Values. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics. Become familiar with DynaFire software applications, including Google Business Suite of products, Pipedrive, PandaDoc, etc. The ability to solicit new sales and conduct an effective property survey

Requirements

  • Complete Initial and ongoing technical and sales training.
  • Achieve Nicet level 1 within 18 months of employment.
  • Seek out any other certifications or sales training that you feel may increase your success as a SSR.
