Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in B2B outside sales or distribution operations
- Strong ability to motivate teams, drive sales growth, and manage day-to-day operations
- Valid driver's license
Responsibilities
- Lead and support our team through coaching, ride-alongs, and hands-on training
- Oversee daily operations including service scheduling, inventory, equipment maintenance, and route performance
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and help resolve service issues with urgency and care
- Participate in hiring, performance reviews, corrective action, and employee recognition
