The Sr. Manager, Service Sales is a strategic commercial leader responsible for guiding, developing, and elevating a high‑performing Service Sales team. This role requires demonstrated leadership experience, strong business acumen, and the ability to deliver sustained revenue growth across a complex, competitive region. This position reports to the Director of Service and Aftermarket Sales, Americas and is part of the Americas Service Delivery & Commercial Sales Organization located in the eastern United States and will be fully remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Lead, mentor, and develop a high‑performing Service Sales team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Build and execute a strategic and tactical growth plan to achieve sales targets and deliver profitable growth across the full service portfolio. Ensure 100% forecasting accuracy for weekly, monthly, and quarterly intervals across the assigned district. Establish and maintain a strong, unified team environment, ensuring the expansion and retention of customer relationships across the region. Continuously assess competitive and market dynamics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and deploy effective countermeasures. Partner cross‑functionally with Sales Administration, Finance, IT, HR, and Legal to ensure alignment, compliance, and operational excellence. Develop and coach team members through regular performance reviews, feedback, and individualized development plans to strengthen career growth and succession readiness.
