We are seeking a Service Sales & Estimating Consultant to help expand our commercial contract portfolio through professional sales, accurate estimating, and strong relationship development.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales experience with demonstrated closing ability
  • 3+ years in commercial cleaning, floor care, construction cleanup, or facility services
  • Hands-on experience conducting walkthroughs and measuring square footage
  • Familiarity with janitorial products, services, or commercial environments
  • Estimating experience (labor calculations, pricing, scope development)
  • CRM experience preferred (HubSpot a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of commercial cleaning or floor care estimating experience
  • Experience bidding construction cleanup or specialty floor services
  • Experience responding to RFPs or attending pre-bid meetings
  • Existing relationships with property managers, contractors, or facility directors

Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close multi-year recurring commercial service contracts
  • Conduct professional site walkthroughs and assess scope, square footage, and service needs
  • Prepare accurate estimates and proposals using approved estimating tools
  • Prioritize long-term, high-value contracts over short-term or low-margin work
  • Build and maintain relationships with property managers, contractors, and business owners
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to confirm scope feasibility and staffing capacity
  • Present proposals and negotiate within approved pricing parameters
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation in HubSpot and provide weekly pipeline updates
  • Attend networking events and industry functions as needed
  • Ensure clean, complete contract handoffs to the Contract Specialist after signing
