About The Position

Wilson Trailer is looking for a Service Repair Welder for our Service and Repair Department located in Sioux City, Iowa. As a Service employee, you will diagnose, repair and service trailers in a safe and professional manner. Training for welding is provided.

Requirements

• Ability to work in a standing position and/or walk up to 100% of the time
• Ability to bend, stoop, crawl around equipment, and crawl in and out of trailers and to work from ladders
• Ability to carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Objects over 50 lbs, use two people.

Responsibilities

• Replace or repair damaged trailers.
• Perform trailer alignments and adjustments, repair and replace brakes, cams and wheel seals
• Welding some steel and aluminum.
