BMW of Pembroke Pines is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will support the Service departments by providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, answering basic inquiries, and following up with customers regarding service or sales.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in customer service, front desk, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.
  • Friendly and engaging demeanor-able to project a smile in person and over the phone.
  • Ability to listen carefully and retain information accurately.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both in person and on the phone.
  • Team-oriented, flexible, and able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visiting customers.
  • Answer incoming calls promptly, screen them, and forward as appropriate.
  • Greet employees, clients, and visitors, ensuring proper check-in procedures are followed.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by embodying our mission and values.
  • Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate department: sales, service, or parts.
  • Maintain a consistent, high level of premium-brand customer service-aim to WOW every customer!
  • Use professional telephone etiquette and communication techniques.
  • Provide basic information to callers with general inquiries.
  • Make follow-up calls related to Service department functions.
  • Assist management with clerical tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection policies.
  • Support departmental projects and perform general administrative duties without disrupting call flow.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
