Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role (receptionist, cashier, or similar)
- Basic math and computer skills (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office, or scheduling software)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in automotive, service, or dealership environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service department
- Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and respond to customer inquiries
- Occasionally processing transactions and cashing out customers.
- Providing support across various departments as needed.
- Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate and timely updates for customers
- Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
