Requirements

  • Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Reception, Call-Center, or Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Previous Automotive experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all guests, providing a warm, professional, and customer-focused experience reflective of the Hyundai of Kirkland brand.
  • Answer and efficiently direct all incoming calls to the appropriate departments or team members, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Greet and assist showroom visitors, service customers, and vendors with courtesy and professionalism.
  • Support customers with appointment scheduling, service updates, and general inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive dealership experience.
  • Accurately process customer payments and transactions, including cash, credit, and service invoices, following dealership policies.
  • Assist with clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, document preparation, and mail distribution.
  • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive customer or business information.
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on exceptional customer satisfaction.
