Requirements

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role (receptionist, cashier, or similar)
  • Basic math and computer skills (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office, or scheduling software)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
  • Corporate Hiring Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license, clean driving record and be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in automotive, service, or dealership environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service department
  • Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and respond to customer inquiries
  • Occasionally processing transactions and cashing out customers.
  • Providing support across various departments as needed.
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate and timely updates for customers
  • Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
