About The Position
Ford Hyundai Genesis of Kirkland has been a staple in the Automotive Industry for decades. We are currently hiring a Ford Service Manager. Our Ford store has been growing leaps and bounds, so there has never been a better time to join. Working as our Ford Service Manager, your main responsibilities would revolve around staffing, training, and managing a profitable department. The ideal candidate would have prior service management experience at a Ford dealership, but all with domestic experience are encouraged to apply. Why Join the Kirkland Team? Requirements
- 5+ years of service manager experience at Ford or domestic dealership experience is a must.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check, and a pre-employment drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Hiring, training, and managing employees
- Preparing an annual operating budget
- Focusing on customer retention by building relationships
- Managing and controlling costs
- Keeping track of service and inventory records
- Ordering parts and supplies as needed
- Forecasting goals and objectives for the department
- Implementing a marketing plan to promote business
- Maintaining relations with executives and factory representatives
- Overseeing post-repair services (vehicle delivery, test driving, etc.)
