Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (Ford or dealership experience preferred)
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with technicians, management, and customers
  • Strong attention to detail with accurate documentation, follow-up, and repair order management
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, professional, and customer-focused service from write-up through vehicle delivery
  • Maximize service sales by effectively presenting recommended maintenance and repair options
  • Manage and schedule technician time to help meet and exceed departmental sales and productivity goals
  • Clearly communicate repair needs, timelines, estimates, and any changes throughout the service process
  • Prioritize customer safety and vehicle reliability when recommending services
  • Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and high CSI scores
