Requirements

  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • A solid understanding of the electrical service industry across multiple sectors
  • Experience with business operations, customer service, and basic accounting principles
  • Familiarity with office software and business development processes
  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering, electrical engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Working knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, NFPA, Life Safety, Uniform Building Codes, etc.)
  • Experience with electrical systems, permitting, maintenance programs, and facility management practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day administrative and customer service functions across residential, commercial, and industrial accounts
  • Keep communication flowing clearly and positively with employees, customers, vendors, and internal teams
  • Oversee service crews and work orders to ensure efficiency, productivity, and cost control
  • Proactively manage team performance, scheduling, and safety practices
  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitability
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery: on time, on budget, and done right
  • Develop and manage ongoing maintenance schedules for service accounts
  • Coordinate and schedule service work orders from start to finish
