The position is responsible for assisting with Time and Material project coordination and management. The individual will review time and material project requests and deliver a full scope of work to the requestor for review. They will work within a CRM platform and ServiceNow for project proposals and time and material proposal delivery, collaborating with both external and internal clients to clarify the scope of work. The role includes delivering time and material quotes to the team as necessary, coordinating dispatch for projects involving both internal and subcontracted technicians, and ensuring the opening and closing of cases in the service application. The individual will maintain professional and timely responses for open projects, input parts requests within the system, capture and file all correspondence and documentation associated with projects, confirm final pricing with clients, and raise any concerns or issues to management. Additionally, they will deliver status reports as needed and compile and report all final pertinent information such as hours spent, final costs, and receipts. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
