As a Service Processor you will play a vital part in supporting Epredia’s Instrumentation Service operations across the United States, ensuring accurate invoicing, seamless purchase order coordination, and efficient service execution. Partnering closely with our Field Service teams, you’ll help capture and report labor, travel, and parts usage with precision—while also identifying opportunities to add value for both our customers and the business. This position blends operational excellence with commercial awareness, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of service support and growth. Location: Hybrid - Kalamazoo, MI What you will be doing: Fosters and grows positive customer relations; coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer satisfaction. This individual is customer-focused and keeps the customer as the priority Partners with Service Market Development Reps to monitor competitive activity and trends within the territory; foster competitive solutions to meet assigned sales goals / quotas Collaborate with accounts receivable team to ensure successful payment for service activities; to include uploading invoices, credits, confirming tax status and other tasks Drives improvement through service offerings and untapped markets Coordinates all aspects of the billing process to include; contracts, part usage, labor, travel, and pricing according to current market conditions Various data management responsibilities including updating install base, warranty dates, contact information, new account applications, and investigations to resolve any discrepancies identified Various month end reporting responsibilities, which assist in the closing process and includes various reporting and analysis
