Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/medtech JOB SUMMARY The Service Process Specialist executes Service & Repair tasks as an individual contributor, investigating atypical events and quality deviations, creating and maintaining SOPs and test forms, and supporting cross-functional partners (R&D, external manufacturing) on service design and equipment issues. Working under general supervision, this role identifies and implements process improvements, serves as a subject matter expert for service systems, and coaches junior colleagues to advance best practices while ensuring adherence to regulatory and company health, safety, and quality standards.
