About The Position

The Service Porter plays a vital role in supporting the Service Department by assisting technicians, staging work areas, and handling equipment drop-offs and pickups. This position requires flexibility, teamwork, and a willingness to help wherever needed across all departments to ensure a smooth customer and shop experience.

Basic computer and clerical skills.
Must have valid drivers license
Minimum one year forklift operation experience
Ability to stand, walk, and handle equipment throughout the day.
Must be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.

Responsibilities

Stage and organize equipment for Service Technicians.
Check in customer equipment, tag properly, and assist with loading/unloading.
Clean and photograph equipment before and after service.
Maintain clean, organized service bays, staging areas, and outdoor lot.
Unload product shipments from delivery trucks using forklift.
Assist technicians, service writers, and parts staff with tasks that do not require technical training.
Support other departments when needed and perform general grounds maintenance as requested.
Follow all safety guidelines and report any unsafe conditions.
