About The Position

As a Dealership Valet/Porter for the Service Department at Capitol Chevrolet, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers when the pull up on the drive, parking and retrieving customers' vehicles, ensuring the lot remains orderly, and assisting with various tasks in the service department.

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
Prior experience in a valet or porter role preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Full Time Position with rotating half day Saturdays

Responsibilities

Park and retrieve customers' vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
Maintain an organized and orderly lot, ensuring vehicles are properly parked
Assist service advisors and technicians with various tasks as needed
Ensure excellent customer service by promptly greeting customers and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Inspect vehicles for damage or cleanliness issues and report any findings to the appropriate personnel
Manage keys and vehicles with utmost care and responsibility
