About The Position

Pacific West is a general contracting and maintenance firm preserving and adding value to existing structures and new construction. Since 1990 we’ve specialized in multifamily, residential, and commercial properties throughout the Seattle area, delivering honest, high-quality work on time and on budget. Pac‑West is seeking a skilled plumber to join our maintenance team servicing apartment buildings and individual unit repairs across the Seattle Metro area. The role requires diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, completing service orders for property managers, and delivering professional tenant-facing service.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional plumbing experience (other maintenance skills a plus)
  • Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
  • Own basic plumbing tool set
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

  • Respond to service work orders from property managers in a timely manner
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues (including snaking drains and sewer lines)
  • Service, repair, or replace plumbing lines and fixtures in kitchens and bathrooms
  • Install water heaters, sinks, faucets, tubs, toilets, and showers
  • Ensure work meets specifications and local code requirements
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with tenants and property managers
  • Respond to night and weekend emergency calls (paid at $65/hour)
