You’ll receive on-the-job training using both tools and technology in a positive, ethical, and safety-focused environment.

Requirements

• No plumbing experience required – we will train you!
• Desire to build a long-term career in the plumbing industry
• Strong work ethic and a team-oriented mindset
• Must be 21+ with a valid Florida driver’s license (for insurance eligibility)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Clean and professional appearance
• Basic hand tools are helpful but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist experienced plumbers with residential plumbing repairs and service calls
• Set up and organize tools, materials, and job sites
• Maintain cleanliness and order in work vehicles and customer homes
• Learn customer service skills and represent the company professionally
• Show up on time with a positive attitude and readiness to learn
