About The Position

World Wide RV is hiring a Parts Back Counter Associate dedicated to supporting service technicians. This role is focused on keeping repairs moving by ensuring technicians have the correct parts, on time, every time.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and remain on your feet most of the day
  • Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced service environment
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple requests at once
  • Clear communication with technicians and service staff
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office and dealership systems

Nice To Haves

  • RV or automotive parts experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with service technicians for parts lookup and identification
  • Order parts accurately and efficiently based on repair needs
  • Pull and stage parts for open repair orders
  • Track parts status and follow up on backorders
  • Communicate with service advisors and technicians on parts availability and timelines
  • Ensure correct parts are billed to repair orders
  • Assist in minimizing downtime by prioritizing urgent parts needs
  • Maintain an organized back counter area for technician access
