The IJO Service Order Dispatcher l will support APTIM Federal Services located at Fort Benning, GA and the IJO team by successfully processing DA 4283 Individual Job Orders (IJO) and Service Orders while utilizing systems including Maximo, General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS), Army Maintenance Activity (ArMA), and cProject. This position also provides support to government, management team, project coordinators, and shops while ensuring proficiency of work while meeting deadlines and adhering to office procedures. Requirements

  • Must have 1-3 years of experience being a Service Order Dispatcher
  • Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid State Driver's License
  • Meet requirements for: drug screening, background check, and MVR check (MVR points are subject to company policy)
  • Must be able to obtain Common Access Card (CAC)

Responsibilities

  • Receives and processes New, Estimate, Approved, and Deferred DA 4283's in Maximo, GFEBS, and cProject. Aids in processing Service Orders in ArMA.
  • Send DA 4283 to Project Coordinator for ROM amount/update ROM amount in Maximo and GFEBS, original DA 4283 to government for review and consideration, and daily approved PWOs to government to fund and release in GFEBS.
  • Ensures settlement rule, defect, and notification codes are applied on Approved and Estimate Work Orders.
  • Process Completion packets using Maximo and GFEBS, send completion packets to QC for inspection, and updates returned completion packets from QC.
  • Provides IJO status updates to customer via email.
  • Run monthly Variance report and prepare daily/weekly reports using Excel spreadsheet to provide to management and government officials.
  • Attend departmental meetings/training, performs daily task of filing, copying, and scanning of DA 4283's.
  • Other job duties as assigned
