Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum (1) year aircraft planning
  • Computer use: PC and mainframe, must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access and Project.
  • Must have excellent communication skills.
  • Must be a self-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb stairs, bend, and stoop as necessary.
  • Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required.

Nice To Haves

  • College degree preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Update Planning Daily Reports.
  • Input work breakdown codes, and operations for each location on a daily basis
  • Create AWRs per written requests.
  • Input AWR, WBC and Operations for each fuel ticket on a daily basis.
  • Review and complete MSO process and compare with MSO Checklist.
  • Review contract information is complete and matches Pentagon entries
  • Manages and issues storage checks on time.
  • Update and maintain Storage Service Order database.
  • Update and maintain Ownership Transfer Reports.
  • Update storage database with all arrivals, departures, inducts, RTS and ownership transfers
  • Update aircraft departure reports.
  • Update and maintain MSO reports.
  • Other duties as assigned
