The Senior Admin / OE reports to the Senior Manager and is the primary Order Entry and administration resource for the Americas. You’ll manage order-to-delivery processes, RMAs, customer portals and coordination with Sales, Service and TRUMPF product centers in Germany and Poland to ensure on-time, accurate customer service. Key responsibilities (condensed) End‑to‑end order processing in SAP: quotes, sales orders, POs, deliveries and billing. RMA administration and resolution of order/delivery/customer issues and escalations. Monitor and acknowledge customer demand via portals and upload delivery/consignment data. Coordinate factory orders with HQ (Germany/Poland); expedite and track orders with Planning. Manage consignment inventory: forecasting support, PO/releases, physical counts and discrepancy reconciliation. Ensure correct shipments, customs/tariff compliance, invoicing and credit/debit memos. Drive KPIs, warehouse layout/efficiency changes and lean initiatives to improve receiving/shipping/inventory. Support trade‑show logistics and real‑time event needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years manufacturing experience (warehouse, import/export, inventory, shipping/warehousing).
  • 2–5 years customer service experience; customer‑portal experience preferred.
  • SAP and strong Excel/Outlook proficiency required.
  • Occasional travel.
  • Excellent communicator, decisive problem solver, self‑motivated and team player.
  • Experience with continuous improvement / lean methods.
  • Able to work independently and build strong internal/external relationships.
