Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in service operations, coordination, quoting, or a related field
  • High school diploma required; associate degree or related coursework preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of service operations and quoting processes
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and follow-through
  • Clear communicator who works effectively across departments
  • Experience with service management or project tracking systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and build the service work pipeline to prevent delays or missed revenue opportunities
  • Assist with intake and review of RFQs from technicians, sales teams, and service staff
  • Prepare and support service and monitoring quotes to ensure scope and pricing accuracy
  • Track service opportunities from RFQ through approval to ensure timely follow-up
  • Provide overflow scheduling support during high-volume periods
  • Assist with service documentation and billing workflows as needed
  • Collaborate with Technical Operations to align quotes with technical scope
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within service operations
  • Perform other duties as assigned
