About The Position

Mission Chevrolet, a leading car dealership in the El Paso area, is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Office Cashier and Repair Order Booker. As a Service Office Cashier/Booker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the service and parts department. This is a full-time, hourly position in the auto industry, with a competitive compensation of $15 per hour, paid biweekly. This is a team role, which requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in math and computer systems.

Requirements

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early evenings and 1/2 day Saturday
1-2 years of experience in a customer service role
Strong mathematical skills and accuracy in cash handling
Must be able to work as a team and have excellent communication with teammates and supervisor
Must be able to multi-task and be able to ask for help when it's needed
Detail-oriented
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Greet customers and assist them with payments for services rendered
Process customer payments and accurately enter them into the computer system
Reconcile cash drawers and prepare daily deposits
Maintain organized and accurate records of all financial transactions
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
Update service records in the computer system
Assist with data entry and administrative tasks as needed
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the service office area
Organize and Scan repair orders into Application
