Serve as an analyst supporting onboarding activities across transformation initiatives Bring in-depth technical expertise to onboarding sessions with Service Offering Managers and Owners Assist in planning and executing Go-Lives and Hyper Care phases Collaborate closely with the Central Team to assess platform standardization requirements
