As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect at GDIT, you will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative solutions tailored to the unique requirements of our clients. Your primary focus will be on application development, ensuring that the end-user experience is prioritized while also fostering your own career growth. In this position, you will be responsible for leading solutioning efforts related to Low Code No Code platforms, including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Appian, MuleSoft, and BMC Helix. Your contributions will directly impact our success in proposal efforts, where your technical expertise will be crucial in securing wins for the company. You will be tasked with providing proposed solutions and rough-order magnitude estimates for client requirements, assisting both the team and clients in making informed decisions based on the long-term and short-term aspects of engagements. Effective communication and coordination with senior client leadership will be essential as you work on enhancements, provide business requirements direction, and collaborate to improve the effectiveness of client capabilities. Your role will also involve monitoring progress to ensure that deadlines and standards are met, as well as serving as a liaison between the business and technical aspects of projects. In addition to these responsibilities, you will plan project stages and assess the business implications of each stage, working closely with subcontractor leadership and staff in a multi-vendor environment. Your expertise in ServiceNow ITOM automations and integrations will be vital in maturing our Operations Dashboarding, Management, and Automation approach, ensuring that we deliver high-quality solutions that meet our clients' needs.
