About The Position

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Solution Architect with deep hands-on experience in the ServiceNow capabilities: Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Field Service Operations (FSO). The ideal candidate will also bring strong domain knowledge of banking, capital markets, or insurance, and a proven track record in solution design, pre-sales engagement, and building global delivery teams.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in the IT industry, with 5+ years on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Hands-on expertise in CSM, FSM, and FSO modules.
  • Strong understanding of financial services domain - banking, capital markets, or insurance.
  • Experience in defining end-to-end solution architecture, design, and technical leadership across large-scale ServiceNow programs.
  • Proven success in pre-sales engagements, including RFP responses and client workshops.
  • Experience in building and managing global teams across geographies.
  • ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CIS (CSM/FSM), and CAD preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and design scalable ServiceNow solutions across CSM, FSM, and FSO modules tailored to financial services use cases.
  • Lead end-to-end solution design for clients in banking, capital markets, or insurance, aligning platform capabilities with business goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support pre-sales activities, including client presentations, demos, and proposal development.
  • Build and mentor global delivery teams, ensuring alignment with architectural standards and delivery excellence.
  • Drive platform adoption and innovation by leveraging ServiceNow's latest features and capabilities.
  • Engage with stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps and transformation initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and security standards in solution design.
