About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and motivated ServiceNow Project Manager with a strong background in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end implementation and enhancement projects of ServiceNow platform solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables while developing detailed project plans and timelines. You will coordinate resources, ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, monitor progress, conduct project meetings, prepare reports, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, all while driving continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a technical project manager working on ServiceNow projects.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and HRSD.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• DHS Suitability.
• HS diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with integration techniques and platforms, including APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Possession of excellent problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
