Job Purpose and Impact The Service Now Product Owner for Finance will be responsible for representing the business needs and managing the product backlog to achieve the desired business outcomes. In this role, you will understand customer and business needs, build internal stakeholder commitment, develop deployment roadmaps, and partner collaboratively across the organization to jointly develop, launch and govern the product implementation experience. You will partner with the team on costs, return on investment and accountability to the business stakeholders. You will work across all areas of Finance in scope for ServiceNow, including Credit to Cash, Invoice to Pay, Cash Management, Treasury, Tax, and Travel & Expense. You will ensure coordination across those Finance domains to understand their requirements, and partner with Cargill Digital and Data teams, ServiceNow consultants, and SI partners to ensure smooth delivery of the solution. As the solution is deployed you will be the lead point of contact for Finance, ensuring the solution is stable and continues to evolve to meet new business requirements, partnering with Technology Product Managers to manage backlogs and prioritize delivery of Finance capabilities.
