About The Position
As a ServiceNow Service Portal Architect, you will guide client stakeholders in defining innovative solutions to help them solve their most challenging problems. Leveraging the ServiceNow Service Portal, Employee Portal, and UI Builder based Frameworks to transform client experiences. In this role, it is expected that you also have in-depth understanding of the following key modules of ServiceNow (IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Customer Service Management (CSM)).
